Broadcast Media Services produced a powerful peer to peer induction video to be shown to all new starters. The idea focuses on taking the new starter on a tour of the various departments across the NHS Trust.

The NHS Trust’s values are the central theme and importantly what each value means to the people working on front line services. The video benefits from Steadicam motion filming, contemporary editing and careful planning and coordination to ensure those taking part felt comfortable and confident in front of camera.
